2. Nick Riolo – Co-Founder & Experienced chefs

Another well-experienced chef in the team with a huge passion for meat. Nick has been cooking in some of the finest restaurants around the globe for over 15 years. He has also been teaching cooking classes for the past 7 years. He has done extensive research on different meats and their preparation methods.

3. Rachael Ray – Meat Expert & Contributing Writer

Rachael Ray is a meat expert and contributing writer for Meat Savory. She has over 20 years of experience in the meat industry and has worked as a butcher, sausage maker, and charcuterie chef. She is also a Certified Master Butcher through the American Culinary Federation.
